On our September cruise on the Danube, it rained, and it was cold. Maybe it was bad timing, because the week before was perfect weather. Maybe it was great timing, because the week after there was flooding and the boats couldn’t move up and own the Danube and people had to be bused from boat to boat!
But I was cold, and it was raining, so we went looking for a hat shop. We discovered not one but several very cute hat shops with huge selections. One I thought was a very small shop based on the storefront, but when I asked for women’s waterproof hats, they took me upstairs and I discovered a huge selection of hats. They had a huge drawer just full of waterproof hats.
We wore our new hats for the entire cruise and have gotten much use out of them at home as well!
